I saw this gorgeous Jeep and instantly knew I needed it. Eddie M. was an amazing sales representative who helped me through every step of the process of purchasing my Jeep. I was very nervous, but he made it very comfortable and helped me with every question I had. He made me feel comfortable, even when I was unsure. It was a wonderful experience, and I would go through them again. As well the office staff Brandi, Samantha and Blanca made the process flawless! To sum it up this dealership is one of the BEST and customer service was A+ would HIGHLY recommend shopping here to ANYONE looking for a RELIABLE car with QUICK, and PAINLESS customer service!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience leasing my car here! Brandi and Samantha went above and beyond, they didn’t just get me into a vehicle and dump me, they helped guide me toward real financial success. Because of their patience, honesty, and guidance, I’ve now built my credit to over 700, and I’ll be reaching back out soon for a traditional, great used car from them! 🙌 There were times I was struggling, might have even lost my cool....and these two showed nothing but kindness and understanding — that’s the kind of care that makes this business truly successful. 💛 And to anyone reading reviews — everyone’s story is different. Mine turned out amazing because I listened, trusted the process, and worked with two incredible people who genuinely cared about helping me win. If other didn't, its not on these two gems! I pre applied back in March of 2023 when my suv i bought cash broke down I had a really good job making great pay but every car lot I went to said I didnt qualify with out a co signer which I absolutely did not want I was talking with a good friend and she told me about this place said her brother and a few co workers had got their cars from here I immediately did my pre approval and was qualified for a vehicle it was very convenient to do all the paper work via email and phone as I live out the way I did drive to put a good portion of my down-payment down to hold the car then they worked with me until I got paid to put the rest down I have had absolutely no problems from any staff ive spoken to they are all very sweet and professional like family really brandi was top notch when my car was stolen a few months back thanks to her I was able to get my car back in one piece and still in drivable condition I honestly can't wait to finish with my payments and start looking for another vehicle from them

This was literally the quickest process ever, communication was great , everything was explained in a way I can understand, My car was delivered the same day . I would recommend Navi Car to anyone looking for a an affordable car!!!!!

I cannot say enough about AWESOME these people have been to me! The process was flawless. I picked out my car, made the down payment, provided my documents and signed all of the paperwork right from my phone and in less than 48 hours. My car was delivered and was exactly what I expected. Jeremy the sales representative was great. I had an issue with my title not being processed due to me working for the Department of Revenue it was a huge concern for me but Brandi and General Manager Matt made sure it was taking care of very quickly. I appreciate the prompt response to my concerns. Thank you.
